Taiwan is being Disneyfied as more themed restaurants are built. Not only have that, Taiwan also come out with the themed hospitals and airport where also very attractive. In the themed restaurants, you can also purchase the commodities that related to the theme of the restaurant after having meals there. The themed restaurants in Taiwan have the cachet to use these themes in their restaurant. These themed are performing very well in Taiwan and make it very famous in the world. The waiter or waitress in the themed restaurants will dress according to the theme that the restaurant belongs to.

One of the themed cafes in Taiwan is the Hello Kitty themed cafe. When you first walked into the café, you will feel like you are in the Hello Kitty World. Inside the café, there is full of different Hello Kitty and is very pinky in that sense. Other than that, you will find that the waitresses in the café are also dress like a “Hello Kitty”. They will also dress the Hello Kitty shirt in pink colour and with a pair of “Hello Kitty’s ears”.

Besides the Hello Kitty themed café, there is also a Hello Kitty Hospital in Taiwan. This is the world first and only Hello Kitty themed hospital in Taiwan. This hospital is officially authorized by the Sanrio Co. Ltd to use the Hello Kitty as the theme in the hospital. Everything in the hospital is pink in colour. The baby’s blankets are also hello kitty in either pink or blue depending on their gender. The nurses also dressed in pink uniforms with Hello Kitty. With this lovely surrounding by the Hello Kitty, it will make you feel very comfortable and is ease the stress of childbirth.

The Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan is fully decorated with Hello Kitty. The duty free shopping center, the Hello Kitty themed lounge, nurseries and play areas for kids are all decorated with Hello Kitty. There is also having the boarding pass with the Hello Kitty cartoon on it. All I can conclude is that, Taiwanese love Hello Kitty very much!

Of course, besides Hello Kitty themed café or restaurant, there are also many other themed restaurants that very famous in Taiwan. The Toilet themed restaurant is also very popular in Taiwan where the customers are sitting on the “toilet bowls” instead of chairs. The bowls that they used to place the foods is the mini plastic toilet bowls. There is also jail-themed restaurant, hospital-themed restaurant as well as A380 themed restaurant.
